The 31st annual Georgia Renaissance Festival runs Saturday-Sunday from April 14 through June 4 in Fairburn. Turkey leg, anyone?

Taste of Atlanta began 14 years ago as a simple showcase for local restaurants. It has become an epicurean colossus, and it returns this weekend.

This year’s festival is the largest ever, screening 110 feature and short films, documentaries and web series.

The inaugural Springer Mountain Farms’ Atlanta Wing Fest on Sept. 25 benefits the charities Angel Flight Soars and Second Helpings Atlanta.

The inaugural festival, running Aug. 1-2, introduces four new shows to metro audiences. A festival pass includes tickets to each.
