Fans of fantasy video game producer Square Enix will want to head to the Fox Theatre on March 29, as the venue will welcome the latest installment of AWR Music Productions’ concerts commemorating the Japanese company’s games, with NieR: Orchestra Concert 2024 [the end of data].

Unlike Square Enix’s other concerts that have been tied to their games, [the end of data] offers more than just the traditional music. Penned by Yoko Taro for the orchestra, this brand-new, full blown epilogue for the popular Ending E from Nier: Automata, follow 2B and 9S after awaking from the events of the game.

The symphony orchestra and chorus is under the direction of conductor Eric Roth, and the concert features vocals from original NieR series singers Emi Evans and J’nique Nicole. There’s also a specially created program with HD video projections from NieR series director Yoko Taro and composer Keiichi Okabe.

Not a single word is spoken outside of the music or the pre-recorded narration from Kira Buckland and Kyle McCarley.

The show begins at 7:30 p.m. For tickets or more information, visit foxtheatre.org.
