One of Atlanta’s oldest and most beloved fairs returns this spring, March 3-April 7, at 688 Central Ave. SW, in the lot across from Georgia State’s Center Parc Stadium.
Since its inception in 1980, the Atlanta Fair has been the go-to event for families and friends looking for some fun and excitement.
The 2024 Atlanta Fair will see returning Midway attraction favorites, including The Himalaya, Alien Abduction and the Expo Wheel. Additionally, there will also be classic carnival games, and popular fair food such as funnel cakes with all the toppings, deep fried Oreos, Snickers and Reese’s.
This year, there will be an increase in roller coaster thrills, with Nemesis 360, Time Warp, Zero Gravity and Silver Streak rides.
But there will also be gentler attractions for the younger set, with kiddie rides such as the Merry-Go-Round, Giant Slide and Tea Cups offering fun-filled entertainment for everyone.
Tickets for the Atlanta Fair start at $5. A book of ride tickets cost $25 and unlimited ride armbands are $30 per day.
