The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater was founded in 1958 by dancer, choreographer, and visionary Alvin Ailey, to bring African-American Dance to all.
From Jan. 25-27, the Fox Theatre will welcome the company of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as it celebrates its 65th anniversary season.
The special series features four unforgettable performances, including the world premieres of Century by Amy Hall Garner and Me, Myself and You by Elizabeth Roxas-Dobrish. Performances also include the return of Fox audience favorite, Are You in Your Feelings? by Kyle Abraham.
Each performance will conclude with Alvin Ailey’s iconic masterpiece, Revelations.
