Theo Von first found fame on MTV as part of the popular TV show, Road Rules in 2000. He continued to appear on the cable network on the offshoot, The Challenge, and realized that entertainment was something he wanted to pursue further.
Von quickly built a massive following through his critically acclaimed podcasts, “This Past Weekend” and “King and the Sting,” which garnered millions of listeners a month.
Eventually, the Louisiana-born Von tried his luck with standup and found a dedicated audience from those who knew him from MTV, his podcasts and those just discovering him in the comedy clubs. Today, he is a much in demand on the comedy circuit.
Von’s latest comedy special, “Regular People,” was filmed at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn. and is now streaming on Netflix.
On November 29 and 30, Von will head to Atlanta’s Fox Theatre for two hilarious nights of comedy as part of his “The Return of the Rat” tour.
