An Atlanta holiday tradition commences once again this weekend.

Alliance Theatre’s 30th annual production of A Christmas Carol has been in rehearsals for the last few weeks, readying their show for a November 16 opening. Take a look inside the very first rehearsal of this season!

About the show
Ebenezer Scrooge, an old man well-known for his miserly ways, is visited by ghosts offering him a chance at a better future – his old partner Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future – who teach him it is never too late to change.  The beloved Dickens classic comes to life in this Broadway-scale production with beautiful live music.

David de Vries leads the cast as Ebenezer Scrooge, reprising the role he has portrayed for many seasons.
