DAD’S GARAGE THEATRE COMPANY kicks classic theater squarely in the backside with its irreverent holiday show. The nimble ensemble again resurrects Invasion: Christmas Carol, a fine excuse to skewer Charles Dickens’ quintessential Christmas play. See Tiny Tim, Bob Cratchit, the many other Cratchit children Marley and all the ghosts act and improv alongside crazy guest invaders. They might be visited by Mrs. Claus or KFC’s Colonel Sanders or, perhaps, a T-Rex. Each performance’s visitors are a surprise to the cast, but they must play on no matter what and no two shows are exactly the same. Visit Dad’s to see Ebenezer Scrooge’s past, present and future unfold in a new way each night. Guaranteed! Also: Dad’s has a fully stocked bar. Happy holiday, indeed.
