Beetlejuice, the 2019 hit Broadway musical based on the 1988 film comedy, will play the Fox Theatre March 19-24.
Just like the Michael Keaton movie, the story follows a boisterous demon summoned by the spirits of a kind, recently dead couple who simply want to scare the new owners out of the home they haunt. But as soon as they conjure up the rude and revolting spirit named Beetlejuice—by saying his name three times—things get out of hand.
Written by Scott Brown and Anthony King, with an original score by Eddie Perfect, the musical includes everything fans love about the movie and brings it to the stage.
The tour stars Justin Collette as Beetlejuice, Isabella Esler as Lydia, Megan McGinnis as Barbara and Will Burton as Adam.
