Southern comedian Leanne Morgan, who has more than 2.5 million social media followers, will make her Fox Theatre debut with her new stand-up show, Just Getting Started, September 23 and 24.
Morgan will take audience members on a hilarious journey through motherhood and beyond as she finds comedy amidst the chaos. The comedian is known for her take on southern charm, Jell-O recipes and grandbaby tales.
Her stand-up special, So Yummy, has reached over 50 million views on YouTube, and her most recent Netflix special, I’m Every Woman, has been met with critical success.
Although she came to comedy later in life than most, Morgan’s comedy has landed her at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and has brought her development deals for her own sitcom with ABC and Warner Bros.
