Serenbe Playhouse has a farm. And animals. And actors. Together they make up the cast and ambiance of Charlotte’s Web, a staging with folk music, based on the classic E.B. White story. Wilbur is a charismatic young pig, who wants desperately to avoid the fate of bacon and ham. His friend, the pragmatic spider Charlotte, devises a plan. These beloved characters tell truths of life, death and harsh realities, ultimately proving that love conquers all when you find your courage. Wilbur and Charlotte spin their tale alongside real-life piglets, ducks, cows, horses (and maybe a friendly spider or two). Good for all ages.
