If you didn’t catch Avenue Q during its brief run under the sun at Piedmont Park, don’t fret. You can see the Tony- and Suzi Bass Award-winning musical in the cool, cool, cool of the Conant Performing Arts Center at Oglethorpe University (June 12-July 12). Both the bawdy, risqué original and a PG-13 version will be performed. If you recall, the neighbors are nice on Avenue Q, the only address you can afford when you’re fresh out of college, out of a job or just trying to find your way in life. Princeton, Gary Coleman (yes, that one!), Christmas Eve and friends (played by actors and puppets) valiantly seek jobs, dates and their ever-elusive purposes in life. The adult version includes strong language and sexual situations. The PG-13 version does not (see it at 3 p.m. June 20, 5 p.m. June 28 or 8 p.m. July 8).
