True Colors Theatre Company has found its new managing director.

Chandra Stephens-Albright succeeds executive director Jenn Dwyer McEwen, who spent 10 years with the company and recently took an arts and culture position in Hilton Head Island, S.C.

Stephens-Albright comes to True Colors from C5 Georgia, where she was executive director. C5 Georgia is a multidimensional youth development program designed to inspire high-potential young people in risk-filled environments to pursue personal success and leadership roles. She previously worked at the Coca-Cola Co., Clairol and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Stephens-Albright, an Atlanta native, serves on the boards of Emory Alumni, the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and the Alliance Theatre, and was part of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2005. She has a B.A. in chemistry from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
