2167Be part of history when the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra presents a staged version of Creation/Creator, a world premiere by composer Christopher Theofanidis that will be recorded for release as a CD. The piece weaves text and ideas from philosophy, science, poetry and religion to examine the relationship between God and humanity. This Theater of a Concert event includes five soloists — Evan Boyer (bass), Thomas Cooley (tenor), Nmon Ford (baritone), Kelley O’Connor (mezzo-soprano) and Jessica Rivera (soprano), the ASO, its Chorus and music director Robert Spano on the podium. Seats will be assigned from the best available the day of the performance.
