RockyImageWEBDamn it, Janet! If you have even a passing acquaintance with the 1975 cult movie hit “Rocky Horror Picture Show,” you know who we’re talking about. The stage version, at Actor’s Express, excises “Picture” from the title but tells the same story. Young innocents Brad and Janet seek refuge in a strange castle on a rainy night. Inside, they encounter the lab of Dr. Frank ‘N’ Furter and his madcap collection of aliens and misfits, who lead the twosome on an intergalactic adventure of sexual discovery and rock ’n’ roll. It’s a humorously bawdy tribute to sci-fi and horror B-movies of the 1940s-70s. Let’s do the Time Warp again and, as Actor’s Express advises, “Hire a sitter and leave the kids at home.” We have tickets for July 16-26.
