Aretha Franklin’s Sept. 21 show at the Fox Theatre has been canceled. The Fox cited “unforeseen circumstances.” Tickets purchased for the show will be refunded by the Fox Theatre ticket office, 660 Peachtree St. N.E. in Midtown.

Customers who bought tickets online or by phone will receive a refund to the credit card they used within five to 10 business days. Tickets purchased at the Fox Theatre ticket office or Fox outlets must be presented at the ticket office for a refund. If a credit card was used, the original purchaser must present the credit card and an ID that matches the credit card. Refunds will only be made in the same method of payment used to buy the tickets at the box office.

The rest of the Fox Theatre’s concert lineup remains the same, beginning with the vocalist The Weeknd on Sept. 30 and Earth, Wind & Fire on Oct. 2.
