Wild Georgia Shrimp

18 wild Georgia shrimp (size 16/20), peeled and de-veined
½ cup olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp. dry tarragon
¾ tsp. sambal (available in the Asian section of most supermarkets)
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients together and marinate for 30 minutes. Sear shrimp in a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side.
