Cajun remoulade sauce and jicama slaw.

Coconut Shrimp Jumbo shrimp dipped in a sweet beer
batter and dusted with fresh coconut, then lightly fried to
a golden brown. Served with a sweet chili sauce and pina
colada sauce for dipping.

Shrimp Remoulade Salad A summer favorite with
crispy iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, avocado, onion and
egg. Topped with jumbo chilled shrimp tossed in a Cajun
remoulade dressing.

Ray’s Pickled Shrimp & Watermelon Salad A Ray’s
original with sweet ripe watermelon, topped with lightly
