See principal guest conductor Donald Runnicles lead the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in its premiere of Bruckner’s Te Deum, the finale of Jan. 19 and 21 performances of the composer’s entire Ninth Symphony. Anton Bruckner (1824-96) was an Austrian composer and deeply religious man. At the ASO, his Te Deum — an ancient Latin hymn of praise — features guest soloists Melody Moore (soprano), ASO favorite Kelley O’Connor (mezzo-soprano), Nicky Spence (tenor) and Raymond Aceto (bass).
