2130The Jets and the Sharks. A star-crossed love affair. The words and music of Stephen Sondheim and Leonard Bernstein. Are you ready to rumble? Fabrefaction Theatre Conservatory is, with its staging of the classic American musical West Side Story. The story is as timeless as Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, on which it’s based. The score, you might recall, features “Something’s Coming,” “Maria,” “Tonight,” “America,” “I Feel Pretty” and many, many more. The Fabrefaction Theatre cast features both professional actors and students from its high school conservatory classes. Performances begin Oct. 23 and continues through Nov. 9.
