swing_nometro_iconAurora Swing Nights begins another season of crowd-pleasing concerts with a musical journey to the exotic Andes mountains of Peru with the band Apu Inka. The group, founded by Peru-bred, Atlanta-based artistic director John Zorilla, performs Latin American folk music with musical instruments of the Andes, like the quena, zampoña (pan flute), charango and indigenous percussion. The fun begins at 8 p.m. Saturday. Let yourself be transported to Machu Picchu, by way of Lawrenceville!
