Closing: “Waiting for Balloon” at the Alliance’s Theatre for the Very Young. Worth checking out: 7 Stages’ new Home Brew Series of new-play readings; “Swell Party,” which is swell, if long, at Georgia Ensemble; and “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson,” which is still stirring buzz as it hits week two in its six-week run at Actor’s Express.
