Oct. 18 has been designated “National Free Night of Theater” by the Theater Communications Group; more than 2,000 free tickets will be available to Metro Atlanta productions, including Horizon Theatre’s The Water Coolers and Center for Puppetry Arts’ The Ghastly Dreadfuls .
